Nick, Natalie and I really like the bread recipe – basic white bread – that I already wrote about. But I thought I would try another one. Nick loves bread. He really likes the crunchy french bread that is soft on the inside. I on the other hand am not a huge fan of it. I used to like it a lot better but since my TMJ problems, it is hard for me to eat hard bread. So my goal was to find an easy but tasty french bread recipe. I must admit the bread was pretty good. We made sandwiches with it which I will post another day.
