I decided to start a blog to try and discover myself as an individual. Being a mother, wife and teacher, I often find myself engulfed in the world around me and not focusing on myself. I began my journey by assessing my likes and how they could fit into my world. I have always enjoyed baking and trying new recipes and I have often wanted to become a better photographer. So this is the birth of my blog. You will find me writing about my cooking escapades, photographs of the delicious (hopefully!) outcomes plus a little about my family and our adventures.
